OUR APPROACH
EMBRACE THE COLD - IGNITE YOUR SOUL
At East Coast Plunge, we turn cold water therapy into a mindful journey. We set out to build a community that encourages individuals to step out of their comfort zones, embrace the cold, and discover the beauty that lies beyond familiarity. Emerging stronger, wiser, and more connected than ever before.

Our Vision
Through personal exploration, education, and training, our mission is to help you view cold water therapy as more than just a routine but as a meditative pathway towards enhanced mental clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

We are dedicated to promoting well-being by drawing wisdom from ancient practices such as Yoga, Meditation, and QiGong, among other mindfulness techniques. Our specialty is guiding individuals through a transformative ice bath experience that includes breathwork, meditation, journaling, movement, and the chance to connect with like-minded individuals. By combining these practices with cold therapy, you can nurture not only your body but also your mind and soul. Join us to embrace the cold and anchor yourself to a healthier, more harmonious lifestyle.

In our discovery of the healing benefits of the cold water therapy, and our mission of supporting our community we created a fundraiser called Every Drop Counts. We believe that clean water is not a privilege but a basic human right, essential for the health and well-being of every individual and community. It is with this conviction that we have embarked on a journey to make a meaningful difference.
Meet the Team

Cambria
Owner/ Facilitator
Certified yoga teacher, certified cold water therapy coach, and lululemon Ambassador with six years of experience spreading the transformative power of yoga across Canada.

In 2021, Cambria took her first cold plunge, forever altering her world, and becoming a cornerstone of her wellness and mindfulness routine.
For Cambria, the synergy between yoga and cold water practice is undeniable. Techniques honed through yoga seamlessly integrate into the invigorating realm of cold water, and vice versa. This unique fusion not only deepens her personal practice but serves as a testament to the holistic benefits awaiting those who embark on this journey.

Last winter, in the depths of grief after losing her father, Cambria discovered solace and purpose through 100 consecutive days of cold water immersion. From those 100 days emerged the inspiration of East Coast Plunge and desire to share this transformative practice. Cambria is now dedicated to guiding others on their journey to discover the profound benefits of cold water therapy.
